  • Training Period

  • As you arrive, your first stop will be to visit our Kid’s Check-In Station.
  • Be sure to enter at the Kid’s Factory Outside Entrance located to the right of our main foyer doors.

  • Upon registration, two labels will print for your child.
  • One label tag is placed on your child and one label tag with your child’s security number is given to you.
  • You will need to show the security tag when you pick up your child.
If the claim label is lost, you will be required to show photo identification in order to pick up your child. Please notify a check-in volunteer or security team member as soon as you realize your security tag is missing

  • Please respond promptly if your child’s number is put on the call board. Be sure to see a check-in volunteer or security team member when you arrive.
